This is the front view of a home we picked up in Dale, SC outside of Beaufort. It had been in the new owner's family for 3 generations. The front porch was 70' wide and the house was 76' long. The house had 3 fireplaces and chimneys that were banded and picked up with the house.
This is a rear view that shows an addition. The chimney on the top left vents a double fireplace. The old brick piers were taken out and replaced.
The house was elevated to a height of 8' to meet new FEMA regulations.
